  Our kitten went in for shots and to be neutered today. When my boyfriend brought him home he was not given a cone for our kitten so that he would not lick his scar. No one is ever able to watch a kitten full time day and night to ensure he doesn't lick himself after surgery and I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of oversight by the staff on this matter. Furthermore, the kitten came home very rambunctious and trying to jump and run around which is not allowed either, clearly not given the appropriate amount of drugs so that he may rest and heal himself properly. My boyfriend has never owned a kitten so he did not realise these things as he was leaving and I frankly find it disgusting that a veterinary hospital would allow the kitten to leave without doing their due diligence.

  Their staff exemplifies the same professionalism and willingness to serve as modeled by Dr's. Dana and Mark Bergen. The clinic is clean, well managed, and provides numerous "value added" products /services for the community. We cannot recommend this clinic enough and will miss them when we move.

  I was in a bad MVA just south of Chetwynd (rolled my truck three times with my 1 yr old pup Rufus inside) and Dr. Bergen took amazing care of my dog who had a dislocated hip from the accident. He called me with updates while I myself was in the hospital and took excellent care of my best friend. The whole vet staff are amazing and treat the animals who come there like family. Highly recommended!

  My pets have been here on numerous occasions for everything from shots to surgeries. I wouldn't trust anyone else. They love the animals like we do, and truly care.

  Dr's. Dana and Mark Bergen are gifts to this world. They're highly apt in their science yet willing to apply holistic alternatives to veterinarian medicine. They're respectful, kind, understanding people whose love for all animals shines through to their practice. They've gone beyond the call of duty for us, more than once, and provided us gifts of compassion that we have never forgotten or will likely, find again.
