    Worst Timmies I've ever been to. Missed items on orders, wrong coffee orders, unfriendly staff. Don't get me wrong, there are friendly, staff here and I have had my orders come almost completely right but after coming here for a few weeks hoping they were just dealing with new staff I've come to accept the fact I won't be having Timmies while I'm here in Chetty.

    So slow. I know it's busyier than usual, but so is my regular Tim's in Calgary and you can see the difference easily. I've stood for 10 minutes with no change in the line several times. Right now it's wrapped around the lobby.

    Good Tim Horton's. Not usually a wait here.

    I've always gotten good service here even though being short staff due to the area

    They have a sign on the door with the disclaimer that due to a staff shortage, service will be slow - they aren't kidding. There is a franchise standard, and I believe this Tim Hortons falls well below the bar.
